Cisco Sues Apple over the Name "iPhone"

Cisco sues Apple over use of the iPhone name - D'oh! Not too surprising, as I didn't think these two would be able to come to some agreement on this. Apple should just bite it and change the name - maybe the Apple Phone? Branded a la the Apple TV (formerly iTV)?
